Responsibilities

• Perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process
• Apply standards of practice including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care (teaching and health promotion), and evaluation
• Apply standards of professional performance including ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice/nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health
• Possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas

Qualifications

• RN Degree required
• Virginia RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 90 days of hire
• Prior RN experience preferred

Shift

Full Time, Weekend Days (Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun, Mon), 7am-7pm
