About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) to provide specialized care for complex patients.
Responsibilities
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to high-acuity cases
- Collaborating with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitoring and responding to evolving patient needs
- Developing clinical expertise across neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and medical cases
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligible for a compact license
- BLS certification
- Open to experienced RNs and new graduates
