Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) to provide patient-centered care for complex cases, including neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and medical patients. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient needs, and responding to changing conditions in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to patients with complex medical needs
• Develop clinical expertise across multiple specialties
• Support patients' recovery and stabilization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor and respond to changing patient conditions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
• BLS certification
• Open to both experienced RNs and new graduates
