About the role
We are seeking Registered Nurses for an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) that offers diverse clinical exposure and growth opportunities. The role involves caring for a variety of patient populations including neuro, trauma, and post-surgical cases, in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, intervention-heavy nursing care
- Partner with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage patient ratios of 1:3–1:4 based on acuity
Qualifications
- Hold an active RN license (WI or compact eligible)
- Strong clinical foundation or eagerness to learn
- Team-oriented and adaptable
