Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

About the role

A Registered Nurse (RN) is sought to join the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), providing patient-centered care for critical and intermediate care patients with diverse medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the IMCU, applying clinical knowledge to manage patients with various diagnoses
• Ensure safety and quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in the practice state; multi-state license acceptable
• Required certifications: BLS; ACLS, PALS, and NRP based on patient population

Skills

• Critical care experience preferred
• Specialty certifications such as CCRN or CEN preferred

Schedule

Ability to work 24 hours per week during night shifts, including every third weekend, with a focus on compassionate, mission-driven care.
