Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric - Full-Time Nights

Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a vital member of the interdisciplinary care team, delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by leadership and evidence-based practice. Responsibilities Include Performing the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.Providing patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, respecting cultural differences, and partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinating safe, quality care and documenting accurately, promoting teamwork, inclusion, and a respectful clinical environment.Supporting performance improvement, research activities, and participating in shared governance initiatives.Completing ongoing professional development, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and fostering a healthy work environment.Advocating for evidence-based practice, participating in data collection, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.Collaborating on protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact) and BLS certification required at hire.Less than one year of clinical experience post-nursing school preferred.
