Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg/Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric - Full-Time Days

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices, critical thinking, and the nursing process.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring safe and compassionate care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support research activities, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development.
• Promote system policies, uphold ethical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to developing protocols, optimize resource utilization, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in technology, with excellent time management and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies effectively.
