The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking to deliver individualized care.
