Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric - Full-Time Days

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking to deliver individualized care that respects cultural diversity
• Partner with patients and families and communicate effectively across teams
• Promote safety and excellence through documentation and collaboration
• Actively participate in performance improvement and support evidence-based research
• Serve as mentors to foster a skilled future workforce
• Contribute to protocol development and support resource optimization for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of five years of RN experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings and utilize technology effectively
• Uphold professional standards aligned with regulatory and organizational policies
• Commitment to continuous professional development
