About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated healthcare team, responsible for managing patient care activities, collaborating with physicians and support staff, and supervising nursing team members.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with healthcare providers
• Delegating, assessing, and evaluating patient care
• Monitoring patient progress and preparing patients for discharge
• Reporting to senior management and participating in shared decision-making

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in Michigan
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• BSN preferred
