Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical/Acute Care/Post-Surgical/Burn/Bariatric Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and partnering with patients and families.
• Practice aligns with evidence-based standards, promoting cultural competence and service excellence.
• Collaborate effectively, document accurately, participate in quality improvement, and support research initiatives.
• Lead and mentor colleagues, develop protocols, and utilize resources efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Licensed as an RN (single state or multi-state compact) with current BLS certification.
• Education required is an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies professionally.
