About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting.
• Evaluate care outcomes and support team coordination.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Adhere to organizational mission, values, and standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hospital experience.
• BSN degree.
• Additional certifications and specialty experience.
