About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Med/Surg provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. They coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational values and standards.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- Preferred: hospital experience and BLS certification
- Physical ability to perform lifting, standing, walking, and other nursing duties
