About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical/Surgical unit responsible for providing patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- BLS certification
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- Additional certifications preferred
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk extensively
- Perform physical tasks including gripping, reaching, bending, and kneeling
