Join our 16-bed General Med/Surg Unit where you’ll care for patients with long-term chronic illnesses and apply critical nursing thought processes to manage multiple disease states. This is a launchpad for growth, offering hands-on experience that strengthens your clinical expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment alongside a dedicated team of RNs, CNAs, and LPNs. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum
