Join our team as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical unit, providing compassionate patient care and supporting professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set priorities and adjust care strategies.
- Advocate for patients, educate them, and ensure timely completion of treatments.
- Administer medications, manage routine nursing tasks, and respond to critical situations.
- Monitor patient progress, modify care plans, and ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.
- Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred.
