Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a night shift, part-time role dedicated to delivering safe, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and assessing patient needs
- Developing, prioritizing, and revising individualized care plans
- Delegating tasks to optimize outcomes
- Ensuring adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act
Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN Licensure
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU roles
- Oncology certification for post-surgery care
- All certifications completed within the first year
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
- Minimum one year recent healthcare experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (preferred)
- Ability to evaluate and revise patient care plans
- Strong communication and delegation skills
- Commitment to safety and professional standards
