Key Responsibilities
- Assessing patient and family needs
- Developing and updating care plans
- Delegating care appropriately
- Adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN licensure
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU (if applicable)
- Oncology certification for post-surgical care (if applicable)
- All certifications must be completed within the first year
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least one year of recent relevant healthcare experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
