Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering a variety of services for patients of all ages, including 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, and inpatient behavioral health care for adults experiencing a mental health crisis.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care specific to the age of the patient through utilization of the nursing process.
- Leadership to provide direction to other nursing service personnel.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary health care team.
- Demonstrate appropriate skills and ability, based on scope of practice, level of training, and/or licensure, to assess, treat, and/or care for patients.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (ADN).
- Current Oklahoma RN License.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- MAB N-95 fit test (yearly).
- Less than one year of experience accepted.
