Responsibilities
- Assessing patient and family needs
- Developing, prioritizing, and revising individualized care plans
- Delegating tasks to optimize outcomes
- Adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act
Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN Licensure
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU roles
- Oncology certification for post-surgery care
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least one year of recent healthcare experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
