Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (Night Shift Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate full-time Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care to residents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive admission assessments and reconcile medications.
• Collect, analyze, and document resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational domains.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop, implement, and update care plans reflecting nursing diagnoses and interventions.
• Supervise healthcare team members, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Educate residents, families, and staff based on assessed learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement, discharge planning, and resource management activities.
• Provide information on services and costs to residents and families for informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, assessment, and supervision skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
