Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (Night Shift) - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate full-time Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to residents, assess and plan resident care using the nursing process, and perform comprehensive admission assessments. Effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members is essential to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supervise healthcare staff
• Promote resident safety
• Educate residents, families, and staff
• Assist with discharge planning, quality improvement, and service education

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
