Registered Nurse - Long Term Care (Night Shift Full-time)

We are seeking a compassionate full-time Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate resident care to achieve outcomes
• Perform admission assessments, including full body system analysis and medication reconciliation
• Collect and document resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, and discharge needs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans reflecting nursing diagnoses and interventions
• Educate residents, families, staff, and students based on assessed needs
• Supervise other healthcare team members
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives, discharge planning, and providing information on available services

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• Registered Nurse license in Nebraska
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
