Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (Night Shift) - Full-time

About the role

Join our caring community as a full-time Registered Nurse in a Long-Term Care setting. In this role, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process
• Perform comprehensive admission assessments and manage resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, and discharge needs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care plans and resident progress
• Promote patient safety and develop individualized care plans involving residents and families
• Provide education tailored to learning needs and supervise healthcare team members according to regulations
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and discharge planning services
• Inform residents and families about available services and costs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
