About the role
Provides comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and documentation. Collaborates with healthcare teams, administers treatments, evaluates patient responses, and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsible for patient and family education and participation in quality‑improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implement nursing processes and develop individualized care plans.
- Assess health concerns and monitor patient status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Document care accurately and timely.
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust care as needed.
- Support patient safety and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license (BSN preferred).
- Completed supervised clinical training or at least 400 hours of RN experience.
- Maintains required certifications and participates in continuing education.
