Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care
- Perform assessments
- Develop care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

- Delegate tasks
- Monitor resident conditions
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Support safe, compassionate care
- Serve as Charge Nurse when needed
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in Minnesota or multistate compact
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- BSN preferred
Skills
- Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act
Work Environment
Long-term care and skilled nursing setting, evening shifts (2:45 PM – 10:45 PM), 40 hours per week. May serve as Charge Nurse.
Pay
$32.00 – $48.00 per hour, based on experience.
