Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Care, offering a permanent, full-time evening role with a consistent schedule. Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Administer treatments, delegate tasks, monitor resident conditions, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Support safe, compassionate care and serve as Charge Nurse when needed. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN license in Minnesota or multistate compact, with strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. A BSN is preferred. Skills & Attributes: Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team. Knowledge of nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act is essential. Work Environment: Long-term care and skilled nursing setting, evening shifts (2:45 PM – 10:45 PM), 40 hours per week. May serve as Charge Nurse. Compensation: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour, based on experience.
