About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Care for a full-time, permanent position in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized resident-centered nursing care, including assessments, care planning, and interventions.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and deliver education.
- Administer treatments, monitor resident conditions, and respond to clinical changes.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and support safe, compassionate care delivery.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations, functioning within the Nurse Practice Act.
- May serve as Charge Nurse as needed.
Qualifications
- Accredited nursing degree.
- Valid RN license.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
Pay
- Competitive pay range: $32.50 – $48.00/hour, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
- 36 hours/week, 12-hour day shifts.
