Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care position in a collaborative skilled nursing environment. In this full-time, night shift role, you will provide resident-centered care through assessments, care planning, and interventions, while collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license (North Dakota or multistate)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Qualifications

• BSN preferred

Pay

Compensation ranges from $32.50 to $48.00 per hour, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.
