About the role
Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Implement nursing processes, administer treatments, and document patient conditions and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient results. Assess health concerns, develop care plans, and modify them as needed. Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum of 400 hours of supervised clinical training or RN experience
- Ability to maintain necessary certifications and continuing education

Pay
Competitive hourly pay ($38.73–$58.33), $20,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials
