About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans based on medical histories and assessments.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, review physician prescriptions, and communicate care details to the team.
- Provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate residents' health outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection control and medication protocols.
- Manage resident care equipment and supplies, ensuring proper functioning and availability.
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers, and coordinate workflow among nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the practice state.
- Visual acuity and effective communication skills.
- Preferred 1–3 years of clinical or long-term care experience.
