About the role

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans based on medical histories and assessments.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, review physician prescriptions, and communicate care details to the team.
  • Provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends.
  • Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate residents' health outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection control and medication protocols.
  • Manage resident care equipment and supplies, ensuring proper functioning and availability.
  • Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers, and coordinate workflow among nursing staff.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the practice state.
  • Visual acuity and effective communication skills.
  • Preferred 1–3 years of clinical or long-term care experience.
