About the role

Responsibilities
- Reviews physician prescriptions and communicates care plans
- Coordinates with the healthcare team to ensure integrated resident care
- Educates residents and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Evaluates and modifies care plans based on changing resident needs
- Maintains safety and infection control standards
- Manages care equipment and supplies
- Oversees admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Supervises nursing staff workflow
- Maintains professional competence through ongoing education and training
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical or long-term care experience
