About the role
We are seeking licensed nursing professionals (RN or LPN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Educate residents and families
- Maintain a safe environment and ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Monitor resident health, document conditions, and adjust care as needed
- Manage supplies, equipment, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Lead and supervise nursing assistants and other staff members
Requirements
- Active state nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Visual acuity to perform job functions
- Uphold mission, demonstrate compassion, and maintain confidentiality
- Comply with safety and legal regulations
Qualifications
Preferred experience: 1-3 years in clinical or long-term care settings.
