Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge- PM Shift Full-Time (8 hours shift; Every other weekend) Eventide Fargo!

Eventide Fargo is seeking a Full-Time RN/LPN for the PM shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) with a set schedule of every other weekend and a holiday rotation. Shift differentials include $5 per hour for overnights and $2 per hour for weekend hours.

About the Role

The RN/LPN provides and ensures the highest degree of nursing care consistent with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as Eventide’s philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents' health status and needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews on a continuing basis.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates residents' individualized plans of care, updating them as necessary.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures.
• Documents care accurately in residents’ records.
• Provides leadership to subordinate staff, including disciplinary measures when needed.
• Ensures work responsibilities of subordinate staff are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Provides education and support for residents and their families.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels and assists in finding replacements when needed.
• Communicates residents' needs to all care staff on the unit.
• Interacts with physicians, advanced practitioners, and healthcare facilities as needed.
• Updates nursing skills and knowledge through continuing education and staff meetings.
• Assists with resident care conferences and orientation/training of new team members.
• Encourages and assists residents in attaining their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Reports incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violation of resident rights promptly.
• Complies with rules and regulations from the Department of Health and the Center for Medicare/Medicaid services.
• Manages individual electronic timecard on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Active ND RN or LPN License (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Pay

Competitive pay range of $36 – $40.32 per hour for RNs and $29 – $32.48 per hour for LPNs, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are available for select positions.
