The RN/LPN position is full-time with weekend status, working the overnight shift (6:00p-6:30a) with a set rotation of Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The shift differential includes $5.00 for weekends, $2.00 for weekend hours, and $5.00 for overnight shifts.

About the Role

Eventide Fargo is seeking a Full Time, Weekend Status RN/LPN to provide and ensure the highest degree of nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents' health status and needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates residents' individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents as needed.
• Documents care accurately in residents' records.
• Leadership and supervision of subordinate staff.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels and assists in finding replacements.
• Communicates resident needs to all resident care staff.
• Interacts with physicians and advanced practitioners as needed.
• Continually updates nursing skills and knowledge.
• Assists with resident care conferences and training.
• Encourages residents to achieve their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Promptly reports any incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violations of resident's rights.
• Complies with departmental and regulatory rules and regulations.
• Manages individual electronic timecards daily.

Requirements

Active ND RN or LPN license or ability to obtain one upon hire. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Competitive pay range of $36 - $40.32 for RN/ $29 - $32.48 for LPNs per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are available for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
