Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Interventional Radiology to provide direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Responsibilities include: implementing and monitoring care plans, communicating patient conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, executing physician and nursing orders, and managing discharge planning.Assessment duties: conducting initial, re-, and focused assessments considering physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.Problem identification: evaluating patient responses to health conditions and needs.Planning and outcomes: setting measurable goals and formulating care plans in collaboration with patients and families, including discharge planning.Implementation: delivering nursing care, ensuring patient safety, administering medications, providing treatments, and educating patients and families.Evaluation and care coordination: continuously assessing patient status, adjusting care plans, delegating, supervising, and prioritizing care activities. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and active nursing license (Arizona or compact state). Ability to obtain Arizona licensure within 30 days.Minimum one year of RN experience.Certifications: BLS (required), with preferred ACLS, PALS, and NRP.Continuing education as per organizational standards.
