About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Patient Care Services Team, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising team members, and collaborating with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess patient care activities, utilizing independent judgment and effective communication.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Delegate, monitor, and evaluate patient care, ensuring readiness for discharge.
• Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
