Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred
• Minimum of one year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course
• Current RN license in the relevant state
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (adult), PALS or NRP (pediatric/neonatal)
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
