- Provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for diverse patient populations.
- Support a range of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and team members to ensure quality care and safety.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, treatment plans, and disease management.
- Administer medications safely following policies, and support effective resource utilization.
- Participate in professional development, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in on-call duties with a 30-minute response requirement, demonstrating reliability and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Current New York State RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Prior IR or acute care experience preferred; motivated learners are encouraged to apply.
- Certifications such as CCRN, ACLS, PALS are desirable.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to compassionate care and professional growth.
Work environment: Office and patient care areas, requiring walking, standing, and lifting, with exposure to infection control protocols and PPE usage.
