Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermittent Visits - Weekends

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare visits, including catheter care, wound care, diabetic management, and medication administration. Visits typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour. Key responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; initiating and modifying care plans based on patient needs; administering medications and treatments; monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes; and supporting patient education, care coordination, and discharge planning. The role requires adherence to professional standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies, participating in team meetings and ongoing education. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing school, current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and a current PPD or chest X-ray. One year of RN experience is preferred but not mandatory. Compliance with professional standards and practice is essential.
