About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare visits for patients requiring intermittent nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient responses and report changes to physicians
- Educate patients and coordinate care for discharge
- Adhere to professional standards, legal requirements, and policies
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state
- Current BLS certification
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
