Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care - Part-Time

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in collaboration with the care team. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, applying independent judgment and ensuring safety standards.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating effectively with families and staff.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive, compliant, and professional work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or diploma in nursing; Bachelor's preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. This role involves performing patient care duties, supporting quality improvement, and professional development, all within a standards-driven healthcare environment.
