Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care - Part-Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.Serving as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring patient-centered care.Collaborating with care teams to coordinate and prioritize patient flow, documenting assessments and care activities accurately.Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing ideas for enhancing quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.Supporting professional growth through ongoing education, maintaining licensure, and engaging in professional development activities.Mentoring and fostering a positive work environment, adhering to policies, safety standards, and shared governance principles. Qualifications Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
