Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care - Part-Time

Position Overview Registered Nurses provide high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as intermediaries between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered, safe, and effective care. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.Deliver care according to established policies, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns and providing education to patients and families.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing care quality and organizational efficiency.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support the growth of nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.Comply with all relevant policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and current BLS certification required. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
