Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care - Part-Time

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and providers, ensuring patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care per policies.Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; engage in ongoing professional development.Mentor and support peers, promote a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.Commitment to quality improvement and professional growth.
