Role Summary: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in collaboration with the care team. They serve as a primary point of contact between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.
