Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care – Part-Time

About the role

Join a collaborative care unit as a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care in a community-based hospital setting. The role is suitable for both new graduates and experienced nurses, offering opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while supporting a patient- and family-centered environment.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current RN licensure.
• No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred if holding a BSN.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role with alertness and safety consciousness.

Schedule
