Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care – Part-Time

About the Role

Seeking registered nurses, both new graduates and experienced, to provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit with private rooms and continuous cardiac monitoring. The role emphasizes critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while considering patient preferences and cultural factors.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate patients and families on illness management
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate care plans proactively

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Nursing diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher education levels
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety-sensitive responsibilities
