Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care – Part-Time

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment within a 32-bed, stroke-certified Intermediate Care Unit specializing in cardiac care. Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care according to established standards. Develops and documents individualized care plans, promotes patient safety, and educates patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors. Must work in a safety-sensitive position, ensuring alertness and safety at all times. Qualifications Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing and RN license.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with 2+ years of experience.
