Provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient psychiatric unit, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient and family education
• Facilitate group therapies
• Oversee behavioral health staff
• Maintain safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• At least one year of RN experience, preferably in behavioral health or inpatient settings
• Pediatric experience is a plus
