Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Medical Surgical

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions
• Collaborate across disciplines for care coordination, transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support
• Educate patients and families
• Delegate tasks to staff and precept new team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Maine RN license or eligibility
• Preferred at least 1 year of experience
• New graduates are welcome

Key Duties

• Work three 12-hour night shifts weekly
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
